Some retreat into Mind…you probably know someone like this. They are all in their head, full of thoughts, plans, ideas…maybe even brilliant ones, that never seem to go anywhere. Or maybe you're all in your head. Thoughts, plans, ideas thinking, talking. But but not happening. Is this you? Those I'm going to just focus on those three well that's all you need are those so go back to the physical again talking about the kids in the car and the driver and you're all are you is this you?

There are even those that retreat into Spirit, so ethereal and “deep” they seem to inhabit a different world; the live in the spiritual by-pass. Greatest spiritual sensation do you you know constantly taking classes searching after enlightenment, and you're so in the clouds and so ethereal that nothing ever comes through into this world right? You're not grounded. You're not in the body. You're all in spirit. Are you so focused on the pursuit of personal growth, spiritual development, occult wisdom, that other aspects of living like your body is neglected? Do you find yourself chasing the next metaphysical experience or modality, only to lose interest after a time, and then searching again?

You go about your day to day rushing from task to task. You're busy, busy, busy. You rush to work, you rush the kids to school, your soccer practice, to the gym, to the meeting to the bubble, blah, blah.
